A statue of Saint George in medieval dress, head bowed in mourning, hands on his sword on a pedestal decorated with a laurel wreath. It is set on a tall plinth with wreaths and crests decoration below the architrave. There is a laurel wreath on each face. The inscription is in gilt lettering.
