An Eventide twin-handled vase. Launched in 1923, Eventide was a culmination of William Moorcroft's glaze landscape experiments in the period, this time using rich reds, oranges, and greens. The landscapes are highly evocative, and some believe that Eventide involved a growing sense of optimism after the post-war years with its warm hues over the rolling landscapes and clouded trees.
